Embarassing Moments
Posted in ´General´ November 4th, 2009 by Editor in ActionToday, I was reading a post over on Not Drowning, Mothering about a halterneck dress, a grown ups party and a childrens dance class that made me laugh so hard I choked on my tea.
I thought about the wonderful Metropolitan Mums answer to the Most Embarassing Moment question and the majority of posts by Belgian Waffle that brighten my every morning.
Then I wondered if any of you might have a similar embarassing story you were feeling the urge to get off your chest, just to spread some cheer as the onset of “proper” winter and it’s dreariness rapidly approaches. All submissions gratefully recieved!

Hhhmmm… where to start? Kids provide you with so many! Apart from the transition from sick on the shoulder to snot in the crotch area that gives rise to many a strange look I would say one sticks in my mind. As we came out of the ladies room in a crowded coffee shop, Small Child asks in a loud voice (and I will phrase this in a more suitable manner) - “Mummy… why have you got hair there and I haven’t?” You have never seen a deeper shade of red on a persons face!
