SnapStars! Terms & Conditions

We’ve had an overwhelming number of parents sending us their amazing SnapStars! entries. And each of these entries has to be checked before they can go live. So please be patient with us - your entry will be up there within 72 hours. Don’t forget to vote!”

1.    Closing date for entries is 30th July 2009.
2.    Open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Multiple entries are acceptable. Entries will become the property of the Promoter.
3.    By entering this promotion the entrant certifies to have the right to distribute the uploaded photograph.
4.    By entering this promotion the entrant gives Huggies® the right to use any image uploaded for any lawful purpose including promotional and commercial materials for a period of 5 years after the closing of the competition.
5.    Maximum age for children featured in competition entry photographs is 3 years old.
6.    Uploaded photos need to be in jpg, gif or png format and at the highest quality your camera can manage (minimum resolution 1024 x 768 is required).
7.    By entering the competition, the entrant agrees to be bound by the rules and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material accompanying the promotion.
8.    The promoter will purchase poster media space in ten areas within the UK receiving the most entries as measured by number of photos uploaded.  The photos that receive the most user ratings and views will be shortlisted into the final section of the competition where the public will vote for their winners.
9.    The final prize winners will be chosen by a panel of expert judges among the entry photographs most voted by the public. The judges will select a minimum of 50 photographs that most capture the feeling and image of the Huggies® brand, that the judges deem to be the most engaging and appealing. The decision of the judges is final.
10.    There is one prize:  the winning photographs will be used in the next Huggies poster campaign planned for the autumn 2009.  Winners will be announced on the 31st August 2009.  At this stage winners will be given more details about the poster campaign including the final likely locations of the posters throughout the UK.
11.    The winners may also be required to agree, on their own behalf and on the behalf of the child featured in the winning photographs to be involved in any publicity concerning Huggies® SnapStars!, including but not exclusive to additional photo shoots and publicity appearances.
12.    All winners will be notified by e-mail by 1st September 2009.
13.    There is no cash alternative.
14.     The promoter reserves the right to exchange any prize for one of equal or greater value.
15.     The winners’ details (name and county) will be made available on request to those enclosing a stamped Self addressed envelope marked SnapStars! Huggies® to Huggies® SnapStars!, Kimberly Clark, 1 Tower View, Kings Hill, West Malling, Kent, ME19 4HA within ten weeks after the published closing date.
